Board Members
Ignite Your Faith Ministries Board Members are volunteer and do not receive any salary or other pay or benefits. Many of them have been to Haiti and helped first hand with mission projects. The board helps with planning, budgeting, research, outreach, fund management, discipleship, education and other tasks that are needed to keep the mission running smoothly.

Carrie is a teacher from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She made her first trip to Haiti in 2010 and has returned many times since then. On behalf of IYFM, Carrie focuses specifically on education and International Development Initiatives, which emphasize stewardship of our talents, and of creation.
Carrie finds the nexus between her career as a teacher and her position on the IYF Board by organizing school service trips to Haiti and by working with her students to plan planning development projects and grant-writing that emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and self-sufficiency.
Bob & J'Nelle Hamilton
Bob and J'Nelle Hamilton have known Tom since their college years at Taylor Fort Wayne. During college, Bob helped with Tom's various Youth for Christ inner city programs. Bob and J'Nelle started supporting his ministry to Haiti in 2004 soon after they were married. While teaching English at Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, J'Nelle's ninth grade class was able to raise funds for children otherwise unable to attend school in Haiti. Both Bob and J'Nelle serve on the board, and J'Nelle serves as the secretary for IYFM. The Hamiltons have deep hearts for IYFM.
Greg Hanson
Greg Hanson is a retired college professor, having done his doctoral work in Information Technology Management. Since his retirement, Greg helps his youngest son, in his tool rental business in Marion Indiana. Prior to teaching, he was state youth coordinator for a national denomination after receiving his Bible College degree. Greg led youth mission trips to out-islands in the Caribbean and participated in a construction mission in Mexico. While on his current church’s mission board, he heard the compelling story of IYFM from his fellow board members, Steve and Tracy Jones. He met Tom at a mission conference and was led to "lend a hand"!
